La Petite Crêperie translates from French into English as “The Little Crêperie.” La Petite Crêperie will be a moderately priced food stall in Mako Hall’s 1st floor Shark Cage facility offering both sweet and savory crêpes.
Crêpes are such a versatile meal. Whether it be for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, dessert, you name it, crêpes can be enjoyed at any time during a students’ day. We will cater to each students’ unique dietary needs as the batter used for our crêpes will be both gluten and dairy-free.
The restaurant will be student-owned and operated by Angelina Santoro. Santoro is a sophomore undergraduate student majoring in Psychology and minoring in Entrepreneurship, Business, and Honors Transdisciplinary Studies. At the time of operation, Santoro will have three years of entrepreneurial and business experience as a Razor’s Edge Shark Cage Scholars Student.
