ABOUT US

Throughout her childhood, Santoro was a fan of all things mac & cheese. Her go-to order was always her beloved mac & cheese. A family friend of hers, Emmanual Saviolakis, who operates, Anopoli Ice Cream Parlor & Family Restaurant in Brooklyn, New York, inspired her to create her business.


 Saviolakis distinguishes himself from competitor restaurants through his innovative culinary creations. His four-cheese mac & cheese, which always seems to sell out within a mere few hours, inspired Santoro’s desire to implement such an exquisite dish in South Florida. 

The restaurant will be student-owned and operated by Angelina Santoro. Santoro is an undergraduate student majoring in Psychology and minoring in Business and Entrepreneurship. At the time of operation, Santoro will have three years of entrepreneurial and business experience as a Razor’s Edge Shark Cage Scholars Student.
